We're seeking a driven Sales Executive/Business Advisor to join our team. As a client-facing representative, you'll connect with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs, recommend suitable products/services, and process payments.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Communication: Engage clients via phone, email, instant messaging, and in-person meetings.

2. Target Achievement: Meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

3. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries/concerns, ensuring satisfaction.

4. Proposal Preparation: Prepare/send quotes and proposals.

5. CRM Management: Record client interactions/sales activities in CRM database.

6. Team Collaboration: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions.


Requirements:


1. Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate.

2. Commitment: Minimum 2 years.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication (oral/written).

- Strong negotiation/problem-solving.

- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel).

4. Attributes:

- Patient, punctual, reliable.

- Customer-centric.

- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
